- Construction materials procurement
- Hospitality equipment and supplies
- Textile products supply
- Transit brokerage and logistics services
- International trade facilitation
2. Eligibility
Our services are for businesses and individuals aged 18 or older engaged in legitimate commercial activities. By using our services, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.
3. Account and Registration
To use some services, you may need to provide accurate info and:
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Be responsible for activity under your account
- Notify us of unauthorized use promptly
- Keep your business info updated
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Minimum Orders
Minimum order values apply, typically starting from $30,000 USD for industrial supplies.
4.2 Payment Terms
Negotiated case-by-case, payment methods include bank transfers, letters of credit, etc.
4.3 Pricing
Prices may change, confirmed in writing, excluding taxes, duties, and shipping unless specified.
5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery terms per contract. Generally:
- Average delivery: ~3 weeks door-to-door worldwide
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk transfers per agreed Incoterms
- Force majeure may impact delivery
6. Quality and Warranties
- Products sold under manufacturer warranties
- Services provided "as is" without extra warranties
- Quality specs per quotation
- Inspection rights per contract
7. Limitation of Liability
- Liability limited to transaction value
- No liability for indirect or punitive damages
- Not liable for third-party delays
- Brokerage role limits liability scope
8. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property or licensors'. No use without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties keep non-public info confidential, surviving contract termination.
10. Governing Law
Terms governed by Turkish law. Disputes resolved via arbitration in İzmir or as agreed.
Note: While KARŞIYAKALI FTC maintains operational neutrality in global trade relations, our legal structure requires Turkish jurisdiction for contractual matters as we are incorporated in Türkiye.
11. Termination
Either party can terminate with written notice. Termination doesn't affect existing obligations. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
12. Modifications
Terms may be updated anytime. Changes posted with new date. Continued use means acceptance.
